La Catena dell'Antola

On the border between Liguria, Piedmont, Lombardy and Emilia Romagna, in the area called "of the Four Provinces", the Ántola chain offers suggestive hiking routes through woods and meadows, deep valleys and very panoramic ridges. Compared to the first edition of the guide, dating back to 2001, the texts have been completely updated, and all the images are new. Numerous itineraries have been added, including: the Costone della Ripa, the new circular routes from the Rifugio Parco Ántola, the Giro del Postino, the Giro delle 12 fountains, the Via del Mare, the RigAntoCa, the Alta Via dell'Ántola .
