Paths in the Parks of the Dolomites presents forty-five itineraries (accompanied by schematic maps) through the protected areas of the Dolomites, between Alto Adige, Trentino and Veneto. Rocky walls, waterfalls and high-altitude lakes, larch and fir forests, signs of ancient human intervention make up an extraordinary picture, protected by parks and reserves established in the last half century by the State or by the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano. The bear and the chamois, the golden eagle and the deer, the ibex and the bearded vulture, together with extraordinary flowers, make the visit to these mountains even more interesting.
