The itineraries proposed in this guide were designed and "tested" one by one by the Italian Federation of Friends of the Bicycle; the guide indicates, for each itinerary: the general and detailed map, the degree of difficulty, the list of accommodation facilities which have joined the initiative promoted by the Province of Genoa, adapting to the needs of cycle tourists, the main sites of tourist interest and the intermodal system with public transport, in particular the train.
