Il Parco fluviale regionale del Taro

The Taro Park, established in 1988, despite having been heavily compromised by construction activities, still constitutes a river complex of undoubted naturalistic and landscape value and includes the strip of territory that goes from the Fornovo road bridge to the one on the Via Emilia of Ponte Taro. Geomorphology, flora and vegetation, fauna (very important area for the presence of aquatic birds), history, organization of the Park and five recommended hiking itineraries.
