The main axis is the Metauro, the river of the historic battle, on whose slopes, up to the top of the hill towards Cesano, you can search for stately villas, country manor houses, parish churches, convents and sanctuaries, towers and walled centres, caves and archaeological areas, canals and spas. You can then alternate visits to historical places with human encounters with curious characters, including parties, games and village festivals. The guide, divided into 4 parts, allows various itineraries: on this side of the Metauro, the waters of Fano, along the coast towards Marotta, on the hills towards Cesano.
