The Tiber, still young here, draws a valley of proportionate dimensions surrounded by a sequence of reliefs placed like an amphitheater and small suggestive lateral valleys that unfold between green geometries of hills. Walking in the Upper Tiber Valley, between the plain and the Apennines, to rediscover and relive the history and stories that have been told here for a long time, walking, visiting and capturing the sounds, voices, smells and colors of the places crossed . Going along paths on old local roads allows you to rediscover an area rich in settlements, parishes, castles, smaller towns, following the morphology, the differences, the variety of paths that lead from the plains to the high plateaus. Each of the 22 proposed itineraries is accompanied by cartography, description of the excursion, historical notes, botanical and faunal cards and meetings with the people who enriched the journey with memories, stories, myths, fairy tales and legends.
