Johan Lolos is a self-taught photographer with a passion for nature and the outdoors. In 2015, during a seven-month stay in Wanaka, New Zealand, he rediscovered his love for the mountains and focused on telling his experiences in this environment through images, with a style that has progressively evolved and matured. Johan recently took a five-month trip to Europe, for a project he wanted to call Mountains of Europe, which saw him travel more than 40 thousand kilometres, crossing seventeen countries. in this book, which collects more than 200 photographs, Johan guides us through three large regions of Europe: the North, the Balkans and the Alps. From the Arctic island of Spitsbergen, to the Svalbard archipelago, to Crete, the largest in Greece where Johan walks in the footsteps of his ancestors, "Atlas of the Mountains of Europe" shows the great variety of landscapes that makes Europe so diverse and unique.
