The movement on rock, on artificial structures, on snow and ice is essentially identical. Until now it seemed impossible to identify the fundamental movements that make up the climbing technique. Today Paolo Caruso's method allows you to learn to climb by developing specific motor skills regardless of muscle training. Thanks to a work of synthesis that combines the experience of a climber-mountaineer with that of teaching climbing and the practice of ancient oriental disciplines, the author has given life to an innovative technical and didactic method which he analyzes for the first focus on the specific aspects without losing sight of the importance of a global vision of climbing in order to harmoniously develop motor skills, breathing and the mental aspect. The documentaries won the CONI Award at the Trento International Film Festival.
