Geocartografia

The complex compilation work of the cartographer and the enormous quantity of data translated into a map make it easy to understand how much information can be drawn from a correct reading and how the study of a territory is enriched with further reasons for interest and curiosity. Geocartography introduces the basic principles of cartographic sciences and guides the reading of geotopographic maps, solving the most significant problems that arise from their use. The numerous illustrations and exercises proposed at the end of the chapter make the book an effective teaching aid. In this second edition, updates have been made on the technological aspects and a new chapter of exercises carried out has been added, with the aim of guiding the reader not only to the more complete and informed reading of the cards, but also in planning excursions to discover the territories that are represented there.
