Dottore, posso andare in montagna?

Born from the need to bring together years of lessons, within the CAI-Uget of Turin, for mountain lovers, both summer and winter, the book is aimed at an audience that speaks to a doctor friend, asking for opinions and advice. It ranges from physiology to accidents, including concepts such as cramps and frostbite; from fatigue to nutrition, from sun protection to the concept of a screen, from altitude sickness to insect and snake bites. A part is dedicated to children and to those people who, despite suffering from heart or lung diseases, or diabetes, etc. wish to go to the mountains.
