C’era una volta

This book aims to remember and pass on the recipes of poor and simple cuisine; the naive but effective medicines experimented by our elders who trusted in the therapeutic abilities of herbs and shrubs to cure many ailments; the customs of the time handed down with intelligence and stubbornness; the proverbs that reflected and still reflect the progress of life; the wisdom of those who preceded us and left us a beneficial inner richness. The research was carried out through interviews with elderly people, so that the past is not forgotten and can still be teaching.
