Rocca Pendice

Climbing in the Euganean Hills and in Rocca Pendice, the mountain of the Paduans. Because it is a mountain, albeit in the first hills close to the plain. Frequented since the last century by illustrious mountaineers, today it has also been valorised in terms of sport climbing, together with other crags in the surrounding area. The second edition heralds an increase in activity on the queen face of the Euganean Hills: Rocca Pendice, where climbing is made very special by trachyte, making it resemble granite climbing. Its east face continues to offer great routes dedicated to both mountaineering and sport climbing. Many routes have been opened in recent years, all included in the new volume, renewed in graphics and contents. The updates to the walls of Monte Pirio, Busa dell'Oro and Sasso delle Erice complete the picture.
