Percorsi avventura in Sardegna

The natural and orographic characteristics of the island have contributed, over time, to the development of a form of hiking that is difficult to classify among those traditionally known. We have generically defined this type of excursion as adventure trails because the approach one has with these little-anthropized territories is adventurous, as they are mostly extremely wild areas, often characterized by complex rocky reliefs. If we tried to understand the progression techniques used in these itineraries we would see that abroad these are called scrambling and abseiling. Scrambling is a simple form of climbing, on low difficulties, which does not require specific belaying techniques. Abseiling is the technique of abseiling along more or less vertical walls.
