His intentions are not sporting: he has read Saussure's report and intends to retrace part of the climb to carry out geological surveys and verify the altimetric and climatic data. Andreani is one of the scholars who contributed to scientific research in the eighteenth century with their travels and observations. The newspaper is unpublished, and has been transcribed respecting the original handwriting. An introductory essay places it within the framework of the explorations and studies of the time.
